Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and performing regular cycle counts.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic upkeep on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred (but not mandatory).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a consistent schedule.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in task execution.
- Availability: Must be available for Full Time shifts, including weekends if required.
