Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock and materials against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock rotation to prevent spoilage or obsolescence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Friday to Sunday) and flexible holidays as required.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
