Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Goods: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to move products to and from shipping areas.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select items from inventory based on customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they meet company standards and are free of damage.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
