Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily KPIs.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and document discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is required.
