Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on high accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts using handheld scanners (RF guns).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality goals.
- Operate warehouse management systems and adhere to standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide paid training).
- Basic math skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and overtime when needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
