Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Ensure the safety and organization of workstations and storage areas.
- Read and interpret shipping labels and customer orders efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to work in various temperatures (e.g., freezer or climate-controlled areas).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
