Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods in and out of the warehouse.
- Inventory Control: Accurately scan items using RF scanners and maintain accurate stock records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Driver’s License: Valid Nevada driver’s license is a plus.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is an asset.
- Attendance: Must be reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
