Responsibilities
- Fulfillment Operations: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and tidy to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to streamline workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- License: Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a strong plus.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
