Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage areas, vehicles, and loading docks.
- Utilize RF scanners to accurately track inventory levels and locations.
- Perform pick, pack, and ship operations efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve logistical challenges and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory (we offer paid training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
