Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks efficiently.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for accuracy and damage.
- Pack, seal, and label products for shipment or storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and pricing verification.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license (not always required, but a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
