Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort, and stage products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare merchandise for shipment, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Louisville, KY.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
