Key Duties:
Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipping according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
