Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trailers and conveyances using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
