Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect equipment for defects and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Assist in inventory control, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse software (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
