Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks, pallets, and shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and organized.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the team lead.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including packing slips and RFID scanning, accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order picking and inventory counts.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work a consistent schedule (including overtime if needed).
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; candidates with a strong work ethic are also encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and speak English for safety and operational instructions.
- Work History: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
