Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and pack orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and performing cycle counts.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to move materials (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse housekeeping standards.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently and organize storage areas.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a reliable method of transportation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: None required. We train all new hires!
