Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize inventory on pallets and racks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare customer orders accurately for shipping and delivery.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for scanning and labeling.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and rotate shifts if needed.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
