Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise efficiently and safely to designated storage areas.
- Verify and count items received against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pack, seal, and label products for shipping and distribution.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided on-site).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, cycle counting, and stock organization.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments regarding inventory needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory counting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
