Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading freight and materials from trucks and railcars safely and efficiently.
- Sorting, checking, and organizing inventory using warehouse management systems.
- Operating powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Picking and packing orders accurately for shipment to customers.
- Performing daily quality control checks on incoming shipments.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and company compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
