Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, applying labels and ensuring compliance with shipping standards.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in adherence to OSHA safety regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid forklift certification is a plus (training provided if needed).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
