Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Inspect products for quality assurance standards
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams for optimal workflow
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks with proper equipment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours in fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
