Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks with RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all warehouse operations
- Operate automated sorting systems during peak hours
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless transitions
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Reliable night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
