Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through efficient stocking and cycle counting
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Inspect products for quality control and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety targets
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
