Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ warehouse staff through scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols and conduct regular audits
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Utilize WMS software to track, analyze, and improve KPIs
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase throughput
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues to management
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and MS Office
- Proven track record of reducing shrinkage and improving efficiency
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
