Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials safely and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and correct counts.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas to ensure optimal workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and order accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
