Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and company standards.
- Verify the accuracy of products against packing slips to ensure high quality service.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience is required; we will train you.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new scanning systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
