Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, sort, and stage products accurately using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Picking & Packing: Fulfill customer orders efficiently, ensuring high accuracy and safety standards.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and organization within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment (MHE) safely and perform routine equipment checks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred for material handling tasks.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and production needs.
