Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials for processing using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately to ensure high shipping standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse storage racks and aisles.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) as required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
