Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
- Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with documentation.
- Prepare items for shipment by assembling, packaging, labeling, and sorting goods.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of the warehouse floor, equipment, and workspaces.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math and computer literacy skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
