As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We pride ourselves on safety, efficiency, and a positive culture.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trailers and pallets safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Perform basic data entry and label verification tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
