Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock levels.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF guns) to track inventory in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and walking for up to 10 hours.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning technology.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but not required.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
