Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Receive and verify incoming inventory against packing slips.
- Perform regular stock counts and inventory organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changes.
- Report damaged goods or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work the night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit; ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and shipping labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training available).
