Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pack, label, and prepare packages for delivery using appropriate materials.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks during shift handovers.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
