Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Packing & Shipping: Pack, seal, and label items accurately for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for entry-level).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and check work for accuracy.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation to the facility.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
