Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and package orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Load and Unload: Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) to load and unload trucks and trailers.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to read labels and safety guidelines.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
