Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and records
- Optimize packing/shipping processes to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Flexibility to work 10-hour night shifts (6PM-4AM)
- Basic math and inventory software proficiency
- Reliable transportation to night shift location
