Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Scan, pick, pack, and verify inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently according to OSHA guidelines.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
