Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in climate-controlled facilities
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency during peak hours
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times
- Process returns and damaged goods with proper documentation
- Support cross-functional teams in receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night shift environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to the 456 Industrial Park Blvd location
