Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided upon hiring).
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently using proper safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) reliably.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and counting.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor duties (lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
