Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and correctly after training.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or errors.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
