Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accuracy through scanning and documentation.
- Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders with precision, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
