Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks
- Maintain clean, organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily targets
- Document processes and report equipment issues
- Support cross-functional operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
