Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and update warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse floor to optimize workflow.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
