Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (including order pickers and pallet jacks) in accordance with all safety regulations.
- Load, unload, and stage materials and products with precision and speed.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and stock levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse flow and order fulfillment processes.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory logging.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
