Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and RF devices.
- Inspect products for quality and damages, reporting any issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyors safely.
- Sort, organize, and store incoming inventory in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) consistently.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
