Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records to prevent discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies, including wearing required PPE and maintaining a clean work area.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and team members to meet daily production targets and resolve operational issues.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shift shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Reliability: Reliable transportation to and from the facility is mandatory.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to read and understand basic instructions.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
