Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely drive and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move materials throughout the facility.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and handled with care to prevent damage.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the scanning and organizing of inventory, maintaining accurate stock counts, and staging products for shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies, including wearing proper PPE and conducting daily equipment inspections.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by keeping aisles clear and ensuring the warehouse is free of hazards.
- Overtime Support: Assist in meeting production goals by working additional shifts when necessary to support peak business periods.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse setting.
- Attention to Detail: Must possess strong observational skills to ensure accuracy in inventory and safety protocols.
