Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily quotas.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and locations.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth workflow during the night shift.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
