Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare products for shipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and conducting routine counts.
- Package and label goods securely to ensure safe delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and shipments.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license (not required for all positions).
