Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately process customer orders by picking items and packing them securely for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Load/Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and containers, adhering to safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outgoing orders meet quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to work a Night Shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
